Job Description:
- Ensure candidates receive the highest quality of brand experience interacting during and process.
- Effectively communicating and guiding internal stakeholders on the status of their prospect employee.
- Ensure suggestions and optimization is done to converting as many offers to joiners
- Ensuring candidates get the right and timely information about their offer and onboarding.
- Interacting and partnership with recruiters to anticipate any risks
- Ensuring new joiner process is duly followed with proper documentation and approvals in place with processing cases on ATS
