HR : Talent Acquisition : IT(MNC) : Computer Science Technology: 3-5 years
Job Responsibilities –
- Should know IT recruitment in large volumes and also extremely high quality hiring
- Should be familiar with technology stacks in IT
- Should be an expert on the end to end talent acquisition process and capable of introducing efficiencies
- Should know latest metrics in talent acquisition
- Should have worked for IT based firms
- Should handle a head count of 300 - 1500 employees
- Facilitate Talent reviews and potential assessment across brands & functions
- Prepare & Publish talent related analytics & dashboards
- Facilitate in creation of individual development plans
- Career Conversations for talent pool & enable career moves
- Manage Engagement Initiatives for top talent
- Responsible for development and implementation of specific induction process & providing guidelines for new employees joining the business unit
- Development and implementation of engagement model for respective business unit.
- Ownership of employee attrition reporting and retention initiatives for respective business units

- Should have dealt with volume hiring, walk-ins and effectively manage pressure.
- Well connected to the industry and in-depth understanding of the relevant market
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, understand business requirements and translate those into recruiting efforts
- Strong Analytical Skills and Actions
- To build effective cost models for hiring the various talents from the market.
- Constantly improve recruitment and selection strategies as per the organizations needs and market demands.
- Good Communication, public speaking.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Good hold on all the HR systems and sub-systems
- 8 to 10 years of experience as HR Generalist in IT firms.
- MBA (HR) from XLRI, TISS or MDI or some top institute
- Highly proactive
