Talent Acquisition Manager - Tech Hiring - Remote Working
- Responsible for leadership hiring
- Excellent stake holder management, process driven, strategic initiatives, team management are mandatory skills.
- Directly accountable for all strategic and operational TA activities
- Responsible for recruitment process improvements and creating efficiencies according to TA CoE guidance.
- Lead TA team by setting a clear short and long- term strategy
- Build and enhance TA capabilities and ensure that the team is sufficiently equipped to skillfully manage stakeholders
8 to 12 years of relevant experience in tech leadership hiring, stakeholder management and team management.
Preferred industry - Fintech / Edtech /Software Product companies
