Role Purpose - Manage the inflow of right talent at the right time

Key Responsibilities

Finance

- Place right resources at the right time at the right cost

- Plan and Control Talent Acquisition spend

- Manpower planning and forecast

Customer

- Provide TA support to all managers

- Honour commitments made to candidate and clarify all policies

Internal Business Process

- Build relevant talent pipeline

- Develop creative recruitment solutions basis business environment

- Devise, administer and evaluate appropriate selection processes

- Ensure error free documentation of recruitment related transactions

- Liaise with the central team to for closure of process

- Maintain organization parity - Compensation and Levels

- Keep abreast and share best practices
