What You'll Do:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand specific talent needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Source high-caliber candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments using interviews, skills tests, and reference checks to identify the best fit for each role.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring journey, ensuring a positive experience.
- Oversee bulk hiring initiatives, streamlining the selection process while maintaining quality standards.
- Leverage social media platforms and explore unconventional sourcing methods to identify top talent.
- Ensure adherence to internal hiring policies and compliance regulations.
- Implement best practices in HR recruiting to attract and retain top performers.
- Conduct pre-boarding activities and manage a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
- Proven success in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top talent.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment life cycle and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
- A proactive and data-driven approach to talent acquisition.
- A passion for building relationships and fostering a positive candidate experience.
