Role : Talent Acquisition Manager - Non Tech Hiring (Female Only)

Profile :

- Responsible for hiring strategy and its execution for the Group, strategizing recruitment plans as per business priorities & critical positions.

- Expert in hiring across different levels and varied competencies (Finance, Marketing, Product, Data Science, sales etc)

- Proficient in interacting with multiple business leaders and delivering results as per hiring SLAs.

- HR MIS

- Industry mapping to identify & create potential talent pool.

- Vendor Coordination

- Responsible for end-to-end hiring for positions across businesses.

- Ensuring Proper source mix with appropriate utilization of all the hiring channels like employee referral, social media, Job portals & career sites.

- Interested candidate with similar profile share cv in word format mentioning current and expected package.
