The incumbent would be responsible for handling talent acquisition for the corporate functions.
- Experience in handling openings for roles in Corporate Finance, Technology and Digital hiring, Analytics, Strategy, Mergers and Acquisition, Investor relations, Investments, etc.
- Handling end to end recruitment, reducing cost per hire by developing internal sourcing strategies through direct sourcing, internal mobility, referrals, etc.
- Promoting more internal sources of hiring thus controlling the cost like Employee Referral Program, Internal transfer and off roll to on roll hiring and IJPs.
- Conduct in-depth vacancy intake-discussions with hiring managers, define the hiring strategy and create a hiring plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements, educate them on market dynamics and constantly evolve recruitment process.
- Coordinate, Schedule and Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification. Possess strong ability to screen, interview and prepare a candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
