Objective
Responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. Develop talent acquisition strategy in line with the business needs and lead standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
- Develop talent acquisition strategy in line with the business needs and lead standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures
- Design the selection and the on-boarding process
- Create Job descriptions along with manpower and staffing strategy
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
- Research and finalize various recruitment sources for candidate recruiting
- Build networks to find qualified candidates
- Lead the creation of recruiting and interviewing plan for each open positon
- Efficiently and effectively fill open positions; draw selection schedule, identify panel members, conduct interview, negotiate with potential employees, sending offer packages, reference check, sending orientation packages
- Monitor the recruitment process to ensure adherence to stated targets and budgets and provide MIS reports
Team development
- Support in the development of the HRIS
- Ensure periodic up-dation and analysis of the HRIS data
- Formulate and recommend HR policies and objectives for the company with regard to recruitment
- Oversee and manage the work of reporting HR staff
- Mentor and coach subordinates to develop the team’s capabilities and build a strong succession pipeline for the role
