As a Talent Acquisition Manager in the FMCG industry, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent to drive the company's growth and success. You will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company's business goals and workforce planning needs.

- Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.

- Candidate Screening: Evaluate resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.

- Interview Process: Collaborate with hiring managers to design and conduct structured interviews, ensuring a fair and consistent candidate evaluation process.

- Offer Management: Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.

- Employer Branding: Enhance the company's employer brand by promoting a positive candidate experience and maintaining a strong online presence.

- Data Analytics: Utilize data and metrics to track recruitment KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.

- Compliance: Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations to ensure the recruitment process is compliant and minimize legal risks.

- Talent Pipelining: Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical positions, allowing for faster and more efficient hiring in the future.

- Vendor Management: Collaborate with recruitment agencies and external partners when necessary, managing relationships and ensuring cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications:

- Education: A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or HR certification is a plus.

- Experience: At least 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the FMCG industry or a similar fast-paced environment.

- Recruitment Tools: Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), social media platforms, and other recruitment tools.

- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze recruitment data and metrics to drive process improvements.

- Teamwork: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.

- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a dynamic work environment.

- Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with labor laws and regulations related to recruitment.

- Result-Oriented: A track record of meeting recruitment targets and delivering high-quality hires.
