Manager / Sr Manager Talent Acquisition
Job Title- Manager HR
Function- Human Resource
Reporting to – Director, Human Resource
Role: HR Manager responsible for Human Resource Planning, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding and Employer Branding.
Profile: MUST HAVE :- MBA in HR from a reputed institute with minimum 5 yrs. work experience in Talent Acquisition and HR planning. with an FMCG / CD Company
Key Result Areas:
1. Human Resource Planning
a. Own and drive the resource planning process
i. 5 years strategic plan and
ii. Annual budget forecasts
b. Define 5 year organization structure, sourcing plans and capability standards
c. Create and maintain relevant benchmarks within and outside liquor industry
d. Create and embed functional capability standards
2. Talent Acquisition
a. Articulate and embed the Talent Acquisition philosophy for XYZ India.
b. Create the Talent Acquisition framework
c. Define sourcing strategies for Entry level and Lateral Level Talent requirements
i. Sourcing Partners : empanelment and relationship management
ii. University Relations : Develop a Management and Summer Trainee program
iii. Reference : Run the in-house Reference Program
3. Hiring and Assessment Standards
a. Recruitment – Fulfilling the annual HC targets within cost and lead time parameters
b. Defining standards of Assessment. Bringing in tools that aid assessment.
c. Keeping the quality of hiring as per defined capability standards
4. Diversity
a. Articulating the Diversity agenda
b. Aligning Hiring plans as per the Diversity agenda
5. On boarding
a. Leading the In house On Boarding program
6. Employer Branding
a. Lead XYZ’s Employee Value Proposition
b. Create employer branding to attract talent
c. Participate in external benchmarks and surveys like GPTW
