Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company's business objectives and growth plans.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on recruitment priorities(Vendor Management).
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
- Utilize data-driven insights to track recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies for efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven track record of at least 10 years in talent acquisition, preferably within the cosmetics or consumer goods industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software tools.
- Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
