Talent Acquisition Manager - BPO/ITES (UK Shift)

- Handle end to end recruitment solution delivery and taking Walk-ins telephonic interviews.

- Hands on exposure in sourcing resumes from various job portals & other social networking sites such as LinkedIn etc.

- Following up with the candidates and clients.

- Source, screen, interview and evaluate candidates.

- Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question.

- Help manage and scale Recruitment team to drive Technical Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Resource Management, Performance Management, Mentoring & Team Management

- Hands-on experience in complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements

- Expertise in planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas and conducting selection interviews

- Exposure in supervising staffing, recruitment, induction program, contract negotiations, discipline, policy & procedures.

- Own the candidate experience through all stages of the recruitment process,

- Deliver against India Operations headcount plan on time and on budget, managing workload across team

- Should be able to manage and coordinate all the aspects of campus recruitment drives.

- Strong channel mix and channel management experience in corporate staffing as per the allocated headcount against various requisitions.


- Manage the India Operations recruitment team providing strong leadership and support for the team, yet be able to deliver hands on some key requisitions.

- Review processes to identify and implement best practice sharing and communication.

- Innovate with new strategies for attracting top talent, focusing on pipeline development for key positions.

- Partner with the leadership team and HR regarding talent assessment, development and succession planning as an integral part of the HR team.

- Drive consistent review of recruiting metrics and make data driven decisions which move the organization toward further efficiency.

- Work with Finance to manage headcount reporting and produce weekly reports for senior management team where applicable.

- Ensure compliance with India and Global Ops recruitment processes across the team, driving towards ongoing achievement of agreed SLAs and KPIs.

- Strengthen and continue to develop the Organisation employer brand across the India market.

- Ensure there is a consistent review of vendors and agencies to drive a productive and cost effective strategy to deliver results.

Qualification And Experience:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource field with 10+ Years of proven experience in Talent acquisition in BPO/ITES industry or Should have Bulk Hiring Exposure. Street smart, energetic, passionate and proactive with strong execution skills.

2. Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding

3. Understanding of all selection methods and techniques

4. Proficient in the use of social media and job boards

5. Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)/ZOHO and databases

6. Excellent communicator, well-organized, a leader and strategic thinker

7. Must have exposure to Bulk hiring & leadership hiring

8. Must have exposure to the stakeholder management

9. Could work as the point of contact between the stakeholders and the candidate

10. Responsible for the good candidate experience through the interview/selection process

11. Exposure in team handling skills will be an added advantage

12. Ensuring Process Compliance- Rehire Checks, Client document requisite, Compliance of HR policies, etc

13. Daily, weekly and monthly dashboard publishing/MIS reports to the seniors

14. Solid experience in managing recruitment & staffing vendors and Vendor Management Systems

15. Experience working with multiple stakeholders with demonstrated ability to influence leaders.

16. Experience recruiting in organizations with rapid and complex change management.

17. The ability to create world-class standards with recruitment processes and tools with a passion for talent development.

18. Solid experience leading recruitment teams in a fast moving, hands-on environment.

19. Experience in supporting business recruitment in companies achieving substantial growth.
