One of our Clients, a Leading Private Sector Bank is looking out for Talent Acquisition Manager - HR to be based at Mumbai
- The ideal candidates should be a MBA in HR (full time & premier institute only) with at least 2 yrs experience preferably in the BFSI sector.
- The individual should have worked on Large numbers on Talent Acquisition using all sorts of source mix.
- Should be matured individual to manage the key stakeholders in the Bank.
- In addition the person would function as the Single Point of Contact for employees HR concerns / issues
- Would drive structured inductions and mentoring programs for new joinees
- Look at Manpower productivity monitoring, sourcing and managing the on-boarding process
- Develop and run employee engagement activities across assigned businesses
- Partner with line to create and implement capability building initiatives
- Exit interviews and Employee exits management
- Monitor HR Operations support through a dedicated back end team
- Drive training initiatives, both Technical and Behavioral
- Ensuring adherence to Turn Around Times (TAT) on all HR services matters in sync
- The person would be reporting to the Regional HR based in Mumbai.
