The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to fulfill the organization's staffing needs. This role involves overseeing the entire recruitment process, fostering relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate journey. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a successful track record in recruiting across various roles, possess deep knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, and excel in communication.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor practices, and emerging recruitment technologies.
2. Full-cycle Recruitment:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and craft job descriptions.
3. Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Act as a company ambassador, promoting organizational values and culture to prospective candidates.
4. Talent Pipeline:
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for critical positions.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
5. Data and Analytics:
- Utilize recruitment analytics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports on key recruitment metrics.
6. Collaboration:
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their unique hiring needs and challenges.
- Collaborate with HR partners to facilitate smooth onboarding and integration of new hires.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6-10 years of demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, with emphasis on full-cycle recruitment.
- Strong grasp of recruitment best practices, industry trends, and employment legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
