- Specialist role in Talent Acquisition for Junior, middle & senior level roles.
- Recruitment process standardisation & improvement.
- Relationship management – external / internal hiring teams & HOD’s.
- On-boarding & recruitment analytics (tracking the footfalls / conversions & quality parameters)
- Mapping exercises, salary benchmarking & driving referral programs.
- HR Technology (e-recruitment)
- The incumbent will handle Departments like Finance, procurement & corporate office.
Desired experience:
MBA / Post Grad in HR with at least 4-6 years experience in recruitment.
