Research Analyst - Leadership Hiring   The Organization   We have multiple openings in the Corporate HR - Talent Acquisition Group of a Global Fortune 500 organization which has diversified interests and is one of India’s largest private sector enterprise.   The incumbent must have a clear cut understanding or experience of Senior Leadership Hiring for large diversified groups. The role requires strong diligence, leadership skills, and negotiation skills. She / He would be responsible for:  - Closing leadership positions successfully across varied functions via networking, social media, reference but has to be necessarily individual contributor   - Cost-effective and timely closure of positions with strict adherence to SLAs  - Preparing various recruitment reports, analysis and dashboards and managing & delivering them on a periodic basis   Candidate Requirements:   - MBA-HR (Full-Time) with previous professional experience in Leadership hiring is essential  - 1-8 years of recruitment experience, necessary including experience in Executive/Leadership hiring.   - Should have an ability to identify senior level Talent (Director / VP / Department Heads/ Senior Management) through Internet search, professional & social networking sites  - Excellent headhunting skills are mandatory.   - Ability to advice on recruitment methods approaches to market and market information.   - Ability to work under pressure, challenging working environment and tackle problems in a positive way   - Capable of handling a high level of responsibility and autonomy   Location: Mumbai / Navi Mumbai   Candidates meeting the above requirement are requested to share their profiles.
