Talent Acquisition Leader - Clinical Research/ Healthcare / Heath-tech
Talent Acquisition Leader for a very well known Clinical Research/ Healthcare company. Incumbent would be responsible for leading the TA function and should carry a deep understanding of CHRO role in Clinical Research / Healthcare industry.
MBA with minimum 10 years of experience and deep expertise in TA may respond urgently to us.
Responsibilities:
- As a Talent Acquisition Leader, you will be responsible for spearheading talent acquisition initiatives, attracting top-tier candidates, and building a high-performing team to support the organization's growth in the dynamic Healthcare industry.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy tailored to the unique needs of the Health tech and Healthcare sector.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and emerging talent challenges, using this information to make informed talent decisions.
- Experience in leading and managing a team of recruiters and talent acquisition professionals.
- Ensure key targets are met like on time delivery, Cost per Hire, Replacement cost etc.
- Check the hiring process and highlight any deviations from the company policy.
- Remain compliant and ensure all processes are followed as per audit guidelines.
