The organisation is a US-based venture capital firm focused on helping entrepreneurs build the future of healthcare delivery.The organisation invests in early-stage companies that address critical unmet healthcare needs leveraging technology and AI in the US and India.

The team and advisory network comprise seasoned investors, physician leaders, technology experts, and healthcare operators in the US and India.

Title: Talent Acquisition Lead (Associate/Sr. Associate)

Location: Delhi or Mumbai (Initially work from home for next 8-12 months)

Education: MBA (HR) from tier-1 College or relevant experience in similar domain

Key Responsibilities Areas:

- Manage the talent acquisition requirements of the company, which shall be about 10 to 15 in the next 1-2 years

- Support in hiring senior level profiles (including CEO), for the companies that they plan to invest in, or the companies in which they invest.

- Build a large talent pool of 3-4,000 digital health professionals in India, map their movement,

- Build W Health's Advisory and Board network, etc.

- Other responsibilities include managing the HR function, all other small activities since it would be a small team of 10-15 people only

- It will be an individual contributor role

Experience: 5-10 Yrs

Ideally looking for someone who will grow into a Director-level position in 3-4 years and grow with us as the firm grows in India. Also since the role requires hiring of CEO candidates and also supporting such hiring (in future for their US office) the individual will need to be very good at spoken and written English.

Other points as far as experience is concerned, are

- Worked in a tier-1 recruiting firm (Indian or global) or tier-1 MNC in a recruiting role

- Professional who can hire/headhunt mid/junior roles but also navigate conversations with senior hires (CXO-level)

- Experience with recruiting for start-ups, healthcare companies, technology companies, VC funds, etc. is preferred
