Job Description - Reporting to the HR Director you will be responsible for:
- Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies that meet business needs and create a pipeline of high caliber talent for the organization. Build close, effective relationships with business and HR leaders to ensure alignment of the recruitment process with business needs
- Develop and implement branding strategies to increase awareness of the organization as a great place to work in order to attract talented individuals and broaden our reach for hiring great talent.
- Lead a strategically focused recruiting team that works effectively, creatively and collaboratively with individuals and teams throughout the organization with agreed service levels and metrics.
- Determine best approaches to sourcing candidates through direct search, recruiting resources, referrals, social media / networking, job boards and university recruitment that will deliver top quality candidates and utilize recruiting budget in an effective fashion
- Create and lead our early talent recruitment at target universities.
The Successful Candidate - You have worked in an recruitment role for at least 9 years in a multinational firm with experience in sourcing,talent acquisition,campus and lateral hiring. You would have demonstrated leadership and a proven track record of success. Excellent communication skills and senior stakeholder management skills are a must along with a high level of business acumen.You would be result oriented and have the ability to take on risks.
