The conglomerate's R&D setup in India spans 3 locations, with over 5000 people managing R&D activities for all of the conglomerate's businesses. With a high growth rate of business in India, the technology center is also looking at a strong increase in headcount.
Job Description - Reporting into the Technology Talent Acquisition head, you will lead a team of 2 and will be responsible for:
- Partner with business on recruitment strategies in a matrix environment and manage multiple stakeholders
- Manage the hiring needs for the technology function ensuring the process is streamlined
- Lead the campus engagement strategy and operationalize the plan for the same
- Partner with other staffing leads and ensuring zero miss on compliance during the process
- Manage strategic recruitment initiatives covering the whole recruitment cycle from sourcing to candidate offer with special focus on referral campaigns
- Drive the MIS and analytics of the recruitment function in an effective manner
The Successful Candidate - As a successful candidate you carry a minimum of 8-10 years of experience with core focus on recruitment in the technology domain. You must carry a Masters/MBA in HR and a proven track record of increasing responsibility in the recruitment function. You have demonstrated expertise in strategic and niche hiring and must have managed multiple stakeholders independently while working in a matrix environment. Exposure to campus hiring coupled with excellent communication and leadership skills would be a huge plus.
