Role : Lead Talent Acquisition
About the Client : Series B Funded growing startup in the FinTech/MedTech domain
Key Focus Areas for the role :
- Taking care of complete gamut of activities pertaining to Talent Acquisition across the organisation and reporting into the Founders directly
- Understanding and guiding the business about the talent pool, creating JDs, market intelligence, identifying right vendors, streamlining recruitment process, negotiation, onboarding and employer branding
- Analyzing the needs and the requirements in the Business Units and accomplish the Quality hiring in time
- Assess current and future staffing needs against the business strategy and develop / oversee implementation of appropriate talent acquisition strategies/plans
- Create, organize, and implement new and enhanced recruiting and selection processes / tools to drive efficiency and improve quality of hires
- Develop and oversee innovative sourcing strategies to attract talent from non-traditional and/or diverse talent pools
- Establish and publish critical talent acquisition metrics that measure the quality, efficiency, and overall cost of staffing
Skill Sets we are looking for :
- 8 to 12 years of experience in recruitment with focus on mid to senior level hiring
- The candidate should have well rounded experience in managing TA process end to end
- MUST have most of their experience in both Tech and Non Tech Hiring
- MUST have experience in scaling up organisations from 500 to 2000 in a short span of time
- Extensive experience in Talent mapping, Research, Head Hunting
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills
