Talent Acquisition Lead with experience in Manufacturing and setting up GCC in Hyderabad

- Person with 10-15 years of experience in managing Permanent placement, RPO and Contract hiring through multiple vendors

- Person should have experience in managing global stakeholders

- Person should be able to join immediately and will be on contract for 6 months. Based on successful performance, person can be inducted into permanent role

- Person should be currently based out of Hyderabad

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Must be self-directed, ability to work independently, highly responsive, and detail oriented in completing assigned tasks.

- Exceptional analytical and interpersonal skills

- Positive thinker, energetic, articulate, and highly motivated with strong work ethics

- Strong focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships.
