Talent Acquisition Lead - New Age Business Solutions - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

One of our clients, a group company, invested in building New Age Business Solutions, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead for their Corporate Office in Delhi.

Responsibilities:

- To develop discipline and relationships with the key hire leaders and partners to ensure understanding of critical hires, gaps and priorities across India

- To deliver a seamless candidate experience.

- To ensure inclusive talent attraction and selection practices are in place

- Build a strong brand for the TA team in India

- Have a big picture view and the ability to communicate this to stakeholders

- Ensure the TA team delivers according to metrics and SLAs and increasing their skills set for future capabilities needs

- Building and managing a diverse and skilled talent team
