Description:
- Lead Recruitment vertical & hiring of manpower as per the budget through various mix of sources within TAT.
- Analyzing manpower resource requirement along with manpower budgeting and work force planning
- Coordinating campus connect drive with ZHR & conducting graduate trainee drive as per project
- Formulate and benchmark TA related best practices to meet present and future organizational needs
- Sourcing, scheduling and conducting interviews.
- Taking care of RCM and Onboarding of new joinees through HRMS and Ensuring updating of all the required processes.
- Preparing of all required MIS and ensuring 100% completion and accuracy.
- Ensuring proper joining formalities with 100% documentation & SAP updation.
- To Drive TA digitization and automation related practices across regions
- To conduct regular Branch Visits as per timelines
