Job Description - Reporting to the HR Head you would:
- Define the organization's talent attraction and recruitment strategy on a PAN India basis to position it as an Employer of Choice
- Spearhead the campus and lateral recruitment program for the organization and ensure top quality talent
- Strategize and plan manpower budgeting and job requirements in co-ordination with the functional leadership
- Maximize ROI on recruitment costs and increase recruitment efficiencies
- Define and implement creative sourcing strategies to source 'A' players from colleges, workplaces, databases
- Business Partner in employee engagement,performance management and policy implementation
The Successful Candidate - You have worked in a Talent Acquisition / Recruitment role for at least 5+ years at a top-tier MNC environment in campus and lateral hiring.You would have a premier B-school MBA
