Job Description
- Excellent opportunity to create recruitment patch from scratch
- Direct visibility with the HR Leaders and Business heads
- Responsible for manpower planning through demand and supply forecast
- Owing end to end on boarding process. Job descriptions designing and HRMIS for each individual in the firm
- Design and develop assessment centers and Development centers for all job families
- Design and develop strong and detailed job evaluation metrics to ensure competitive job grades
- Be creative enough to develop strong interviewing techniques to ensure acquisition of best talent
- Develop common metrics to manage both on roll and off roll employees for all policies
- Developing new and innovative methods to source and attract the best talent including IJP/Job Rotation/ Employee referrals etc.
- Review the recruitment process for the organization and identify areas of improvement to create higher impact
- Lead data analytics on all recruitment parameters and utilize the insights for process enhancements
- Create strong direct sourcing channels and be the mentor to closely coach team on the same
- Be involved in other special projects around Recruitment related Transformation, identifying Org structures etc.
- Responsible for identifying and mapping the external talent pool towards critical positions within the organization and create a strong succession planning pool
- Explore different sources of recruitment to optimize recruitment costs
- Develop a detailed background verification process for the firm
- Candidates from start ups/ e commerce/ internet/ firms with lean HR teams will be considered
- You must have a full time MBA in HR and should have experience in managing complex requirements and difficult stakeholders
- With a team of 3 reports, you should be able to drive the team along with hiring across all levels, as well as campus and niche roles
- Strong exposure to designing processes and implementing the same from scratch
- String exposure to business partnering for smooth execution and acceptance of the processes by the business
- You must have in depth expertise and understanding of talent acquisition across different positions and specialist roles
- Dynamic and high on energy candidates along with a good flair of senior stakeholder management
- Highly logical and good knowledge of the Energy and Power industry is a must have
- Strong visibility to the senior functional and business stakeholders
