- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors / channels for hiring of niche and critical talent.

Education:

PG - MBA/PGDM - HR/Industrial Relations

Doctorate - Doctorate Not Required

MBA / PGDM from premier institutes, with experience of minimum 8 years in the HR domain, out of that 4 years in Talent Acquisition ,Campus recruitment, Induction etc.

Ability to coordinate people and resources.

Ability to establish trust and a reputation for discretion and sound judgment and advice.

Capacity to effectively initiate relationships and build rapport with senior leadership.

Skill in critical and creative thinking to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.

Skill in written and oral communication, including persuasive negotiation skills
