Job Description :

- Lead the talent Acquisition portfolio for the company


- Directly work with the Group CHRO to drive strategy

Client Details

Our client is a very renowned player in the financial services and credit space looking to hire some one to lead their Talent Acquisition portfolio

Description :

- The incumbent will be accountable for the delivery on the Recruiting Plan. S/he will work closely with adequate CV sourcing and pipeline movement and will be responsible for full recruitment cycle

- Define, develop and drive strategy to meet recruiting demand which is aligned to organizational priorities, while ensuring systematic, ethical and consistent hiring policies and practices are followed. S/he will work as a Talent adviser to the business and help devise hiring strategy based on hiring demands, location mapping, data analysis

- Utilize all conventional and new sourcing channels such as social-media, skill-specific websites, professional and social networking sites/groups, search engines and possible forums to locate both active and passive candidates; conduct resume mining and research for positions

- Partnering with the business (hiring managers & skip levels) to set the expectations as per the pool availability in the market versus the requirement & share market insights. Act as the subject matter expert on recruiting markets, competitive trends, compensation, and other relevant areas

- Driving internal mobility, employee referrals, Campus hiring and diversity recruiting strategy. Provide exceptional organization and project management skills, enabling the business to trust and have full confidence in execution of hiring plans

- Driving efficiency and engagement in the team by setting goals and objectives to monitor performance. Ensure growth of team member's functional and behavioral competencies

Profile :

- Master's degree preferred, in business (MBA) with Specialization in HR

- 8-10 years of work experience in Talent Acquisition with an investment banking, credit agencies etc

- Team management/Stakeholder management/ Business Partnering skills/ interpersonal skills
