Looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead who will be responsible for:
- Planning & Strategising all TA activities
- Hiring for Emerging Technologies like Blockchain, Data Science, AI, ML etc
- Hiring for Non-tech roles (Lateral and fresh)
- Manage Offers & Joining
- Responsible for Recruitment Analytics & Reporting
- Periodic Dashboards & Presentations to all stakeholders
- Work in a complex, dynamic environment
Ideal candidate will:
- Have a good education (Engineering / MBA preferred)
- Have 5 to 12 years of experience (Not more)
- Have executed hiring for Emerging technologies and understand that landscape well
- Have done Non-tech hiring as well
- Have worked in high-tech, high-energy environments like Startups, Product Orgs, New Age firms
- Must have used new age tools and social media platforms for sourcing
- Have experience in complex reporting, Dashboards and presentations
- Must have experience in engaging with Stake-holders
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have a positive, high-energy personality
Please Note:
- Budgets for this role are 22 to 32 Lakhs depending on experience
