About the role:

Job Description & Key Responsibilities:

- Experience: Minimum 2 years in bulk hiring (no specific industry required).

- Bulk Hiring Expertise: Must have experience in hiring approx. 2000 people per month. (right now the requirement is of 2k/month but later it can go lower)

- Team Management: Should have handled a team of 20-25 recruiters (on-role & off-role).

- Work Execution: The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for getting the work done from their team of 20-25 recruiters in bulk hiring operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and execute the entire hiring process.

- Manage execution, stakeholder management, and team leadership.

- Handle vendor management and external partnerships.

- Focus on strategic hiring to meet business goals.
