Purpose of Job - Lead the design and delivery of people agenda with particular focus on talent acquisition and on-boarding to serve all consumer lending needs. The lead will onboard diverse talent to deliver an agenda with people as a competitive edge.
Key Responsibilities
- Focus attention to ensure high quality talent is hired and there are no compromises when it comes to on-boarding nothing but the best.
- Identify and leverage exciting sources of hiring beyond the job boards and search firms and consider building for diversity and inclusion across multiple parameters which can enable businesses better
- Keep a strong agenda in building an employer brand which can act as a lever to attract talent across online and offline platforms.
- Design smart assessments which can eliminate human bias and leverage highly valid and reliable assessment tools which can identify potential
- Design on-boarding systems which will eliminate paper and provide superlative experience to the employee.
- Bring in good overall governance and run review cadence with the team to ensure all regions and hiring plans are controlled and the hiring supports business plans.
- Innovate and ideate best practices which can attract talent in new geographies by unlearning and relearning on what will work in different tier cities which may have significantly different ask from the urban mindset
Essential Experience
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in banking financial services sector
- Should have thorough knowledge in various facets of talent acquisition such as assessments, campus tiering, structuring compensation, running a multi-geography team etc
- Strong team management ability
- Ability to run campus hiring process across regions to inspire young talent
