We have an opening in one among the Top MNC’s in Gurgaon and Bangalore in Talent Acquisition / Staffing role.

Job Location : Gurgaon / Bangalore

Primary responsibilities:

- Engage key Staffing and business partners in order to understand the needs of clients and its hiring profiles to enable effective external sourcing

- Develop, drive and execute comprehensive search strategies designed to recruit senior and niche candidates within limited candidate pools.

- Collaborate with HR business partners and business leaders to define appropriate specifications for approved immediate and future internal and external positions

- Network and maintain relationships with key candidates and candidate communities to enable short immediate hiring and long term opportunistic hiring

- Partner with Campus team to hire top talent and implement appropriate programs.

- Consult with business leaders, hiring managers and Staffing/HR leaders regarding headcount management, hiring profiles, candidates, programs, fiscal planning, etc.

- Articulate business strategy etc.

Requirements

- Masters Degree in human resources preferably from Premier B School .

- 7-12 years of related corporate technical Recruiting/Staffing experience in IT companies preferably in product development space.

- Strong negotiation, account management, and strategic thinking skills.

- Strong Staffing and business consulting skills.
