Currently, we are looking for Talent Acquisition Professional with one of our Fortune 25 client. The incumbent would be responsible for handling End-to-End Recruitment. The position is based out of Bangalore.

Key Job Responsibilities:
- Expertise in handling multiple skill sets.
- Involved in End-to-End Recruitment.
- Mentoring and coaching team members
- Interacting with projects managers, Program Mangers and above regarding various positions, negotiating and convincing them on selections so as to fill the positions as per SLA's.
- Independently fulfilling requirements on niche skills across various domains
- Managing recruitment process from requisition initiation to final placement
- Offer negotiations
- Effectively using Personal Network Built up Database, Internet and Employee referrals for prospective hiring
- Coordinate with Practice Heads & Managers across levels in resource management for effective fulfillment
- Dipped into various sources for finding the right candidate via Head hunting, job boards, internet user groups, vendor partnership's, Head hunting, networking sites like Linked In, and employee referrals etc
- Sending preparation of weekly/monthly/quarterly reports
