Responsible for technology leadership hiring.
Support engineering hiring across multiple product groups.
Deep expertise in digital - social media, digital marketing and recruiting platforms/tools.
Advise and consult with senior HR and business leadership on top talent trends, provide thought leadership with external market insights to ensure.
Managing a team of recruiters.
Role:
MBA from Premier Institute with 10+ years related experience in technical Talent Acquisition, atleast 5+ years- experience managing and leading large talent sourcing teams highly preferred.
Preferably from E-commerce Technology hiring or product based Technology companies.
Must be on a current salary bracket between 30L - 35L
