Talent Acquisition Head (APAC) for a Global Leader in Info Services

We are searching for a Talent Acquisition Head (APAC) for a Global Leader in Info Services based in Gurgaon. – for a Global RPO dedicated position for their Global Client - an MNC Giant.

The incumbent will be responsible for:

1. Our Client - A Global RPO - is looking for a seasoned Recruitment professional to their client's Talent Acquisition (India & APAC region), based in Gurgaon.

2. Incumbent must be a hands on recruitment lead (will manage their own vacancies directly)

3. Should be able to consult with hiring managers, senior HR and country management (not just be a subservient order taker)

4. Should be able to manage relationships with sourcing agencies and other business partners if needed

5. Incumbent will be directly reporting to HR Head in India. He will have multiple internal customers - the HR
Heads of the client in India, China, Singapore.

6. Industry Experience: He/She should be from RPO / Information Services / IT / ITES / Financial Services

7. Compensation is NOT A CONSTRAINT for the RIGHT candidate.

8. Reporting Relationship: Incumbent will be directly reporting to HR Head in India. He will have multiple internal customers -the HR heads of the client in India, China, Singapore
