Talent Acquisition Head - ITeS

Opportunity for the role of Head Talent Acquisition with a leading ITES MNC

We are looking to hire Head of Recruitments for a leading ITES MNC. This role would be reporting in to CEO / COO. The span of control would run over 2500 employees.

The responsibilities would involve but would not be limited to recruitments of large volumes, across all levels, including Sr. Level recruitments.

Additional responsibilities may also include over looking recruitments for International Locations– covering 7 countries across continents.

Location: Mumbai

Looking for candidates with the following experience:

Managing / heading recruitments for a BPO / KPO set up.

Experience of hiring for large volumes across levels.

Basic Qualification : Graduation

MBA (HR / Personal Management) preferred.
