With its other acquisitions around the world in its field of analytics, it has today become a renowned name for talent in the world of Analytics.It is rapidly growing in India and is thus seeking a Talent Acquistion Lead for its Analytics practice, located in Gurgaon.
Job Description - Reporting to the HR Head and managing a team of 13 reportees you would:
- Define the organization's talent attraction and recruitment strategy on a PAN India basis to position it as an Employer of Choice
- Spearhead the campus and lateral recruitment program for the organization and ensure top quality talent
- Strategize and plan manpower budgeting and job requirements in co-ordination with the functional leadership
- Maximize ROI on recruitment costs and increase recruitment efficiencies
- Define and implement creative sourcing strategies to source 'A' players from colleges, workplaces, databases
The Successful Candidate - You have worked in an Talent Acquisition / Recruitment role for 10+ years with a strong focus and experience in Analytics hiring. You would be conversant with volume hiring for Big Data and Predictive Analytics in an MNC setup.
- You (preferably) have a relevant post graduate degree (MBA/Masters in an HR discipline)
- You have exceptional communication skills - written and spoken
- Experience with myriad sourcing strategies including portals, ads, consultants, social networking, conferences, headhunting etc
- Demonstrable creativity with respect to sourcing candidates
