Designation: Talent Acquisition Head

Years of Exp –12 + years

Qualification –MBA (Full time).

Job Profile :

- Establish and manage the talent acquisition function across the Supreme Group. This includes: develop and implement a recruitment strategy, job posting optimization, recruitment marketing channel development, job board procurement, process cost analysis and comprehensive recruitment campaign planning.

- Partner with executives and senior leadership to develop & manage branding programs that will position the Company as an Employer of Choice as well as attract a world-class level of talent

- Consistently and regularly maintain proactive database to enhance overall quality of talent and supply a pipeline of diversity candidates.

- Refine and manage consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes that support a highly positive candidate experience and talent acquisition/hiring manager efficiencies

- Establish and implement Service Level Agreements (SLAs) & TATs with key stakeholders, monitor performance levels and take corrective actionas required

- Ensures Company meets or exceeds strategic recruiting requirements.

- Oversees manpower forecasting and drives career development strategies.

- Monitors staffing levels and implements strategies and procedures to assure consistent achievement of succession plans

- Build strong relationships with the various line and Business units to enable the ability to influence, guide and drive the recruiting process.

- Champion the College Relations program, developing key relationships with university personnel to develop a robust pipeline of candidates from campus.

- Improves and implements an Employee Referral Awards Program.

- Prepare and deliver highlevel reporting for senior BU & HR stakeholders, noting market feedback, challenges and trends.

- Establishment of best practices and measurement standards in order to ensure highest quality of recruitment process

- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
