Talent Acquisition
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the position.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.
- Assist in the creation and posting of job descriptions on job boards and internal platforms.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and facilitating new hire orientation.
- Support HR initiatives and projects related to talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent management.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR administration, or a related role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
