The Incumbent will set best standards for talent acquisition function
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with regional managers, HR operations staff and HR Business Partners to ensure a smooth sourcing and hiring process for multiple locations
- Develops innovative, creative, and proactive recruitment / sourcing strategies to develop high quality active and passive candidate pipelines. Conducts regular follow-up with recruitment vendors to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
- Effectively builds and engages with talent communities through social media outlets.
- Identify and source appropriate talent for current and future open roles within the organization.
- Assists in branding in establishing a recognizable - employer of choice- reputation for the company, both internally and externally.
Functional Skills:
- Sound knowledge of recruitment cycle
- Hands-on experience on job-portals and social media hiring tools
- Good interviewing skills
Competencies:
- Analytical and problem solving
- Ability to collaborate with the business managers to organize, manage and implement the hiring process
- Well-versed with MIS Excel and basic knowledge of hiring analytics
Education:
- MBA/PGDM from a reputed institute
- Certification in Recruitment handling shall be preferred
