Job Description - The incumbent will be responsible for the strategic transformation of the talent acquisition vertical, focusing on process flow, talent mapping, technological revamping for hiring tech and non-tech talent.

Description:
- The incumbent will be in a role that is an amalgamation of talent acquisition strategy, project management and workforce planning.
Key responsibilities include:
- Project Staffing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive staffing strategy that aligns with project objectives and timelines. Collaborate with project managers to understand staffing requirements for each project phase.
- Talent Acquisition Guidance: Provide guidance and expertise to talent acquisition teams to source, attract, and assess top talent. Ensure alignment with project staffing needs and overall company goals.
- Workforce Planning: Analyze current and future staffing needs, considering project pipelines, skill requirements, and growth projections. Develop workforce planning models to ensure the right resources are available when needed.
- Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end project management of the hiring process, including defining project scopes, setting objectives, allocating resources, and ensuring project milestones are met.
- Team Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team consisting of recruiters, HR specialists, and project managers. Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment to streamline the hiring process.
Profile:
The successful candidate should come with:
- 18+ years of experience in IT services and tech business as a strategic TA Business Partner
- the ability to partner with senior leadership to execute their talent vision on the ground
- hands-on experience in TA process transformation and innovative thinking for strategic problem solving
