The opening is with a financial services company. We are looking for people who have experience in BFSI/ KPO recruitment (volume hiring & senior level positions hiring)
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The AM - Talent Acquisition will ensure that recruitment strategies are properly implemented and one of the key challenges will be to ensure that with the ongoing growth in the business, the right organization capabilities.
CTC will be in the range of 8-10 lakhs
SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manpower Delivery
- Strategically hire the best available talent within the agreed timelines.
Sourcing Strategy
- Develop effective sourcing model to ensure optimal channel mix and cost of hiring. Enhance multiple channels i.e. Employee Referrals, Direct Sourcing, Campus and reduce Vendor dependency.
- Launch of aggressive and Innovative Referral policy.
- Vendor Management – Ensure that all vendors adhere to the IR recruitment guidelines and work in the specified framework. Design and implement vendor evaluation methodology.
Internal Job Postings
- Responsible to manage end-to-end IJP Process
- Circulation of communication on IJP movements
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with business for on-time delivery
- Build a strong relationship with the customers externally and internally and create recruitment functions credibility
Technology
- Leverage existing Technology & introduction of new technology in the recruiting process.
Health check of recruitment function - Ensure timely production of various MI reports to all the stakeholders.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- An MBA degree is required.
- Minimum 6 years of recruitment experience and at least 2 years of volume hiring experience;
- Experience working in MNC companies;
