Client is a conglomerate of 38 entities in Mfg with IT division. They are HQ'd in Nigeria with 3 offices in India, multiple locations in Nigeria & Africa, Dubai, Romania & China.
Ideal candidate - somebody worked in a conglomerate and has managed the TalentAcquisition Analytics, tracking & insights (from requisition open till closed). Exp working in Excel/ Power BI is a MUST.
Location - Gurgaon Sector 44
Mandatory requirement -
a) Proven experience 8 years + in TA analytics, preferably in recruitment analytics or talent acquisition analytics.
b) Experience in Designing , create, and maintain comprehensive recruitment dashboards, reports, and visualizations
c) Experience in process optimization, efficiency improvements, and automation in recruitment workflows
Desired -
a) Strong proficiency in statistical analysis, data modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, etc..).
b) Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment technology platforms.
