This position is for an aerospace industry. worldwide leading manufacturer of aircraft interior products.

Job location: Hyderabad. will be handling a team of 3. position reports to Director HR

Roles & responsibility:

- Responsible for entire gamut of Talent Acquisition and Talent Management activities. End to end recruitment.

- Increasing the average number of on-boards per month from Talent Acquisition & In-sourcing channels

- Manpower Planning

- Vendor Management: Lead vendor management strategy to identify and attract talent from competitive market.

- Campus Hiring:Lead the campus hiring program and branding initiativesManage the role of the single point of contact for various Engineering and Management Institutions.

Experience: 8 - 12 yrs.

Qualification: MBA preferred
