Recruiting and Sourcing:
- Lead the recruitment efforts for AMC business across all levels focusing on Front Office roles.
- Provide proactive communication throughout the process with candidates and hiring leaders.
- Responsible for delivering "high touch" excellent customer service throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Generate and maintain a qualified and diverse applicant pool
- Utilizes internal and external sources to develop candidate leads and stays current with industry market information.
- Provide a more hands-on approach and offer more options/solutions and customizing service based on the needs of the client
- Ensures compliance with company policy and guidelines
- Establishes and maintains effective business relationships with various recruitment sources, including executive search firms and placement agencies
- Provide expertise to Talent Acquisition programs and initiatives such as university relations, diversity recruiting, and community outreach
Opportunistic Sourcing:
- Partner with hiring leaders to understand the talent needs of the business and create an effective recruitment strategy
- Create a pipeline of prequalified candidates for current and future positions
- Create and implement effective passive candidate generation approaches to market our opportunities, attract talent, and build communities
- Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, and other recruiting activities
- Track sourcing activity and communicates any relevant market information to the hiring leaders
- Conduct market analysis and industry research to inform and develop sourcing plan
Client and Candidate Partnerships:
- Serve as a consultative talent acquisition partner and actively participate as an integrated staffing partner to a variety of clients to influence and drive business results through recruitment activities.
- Partners with hiring leaders and HR colleagues to drive recruiting strategies.
- Ensures alignment of recruiting activities with business goals and objectives.
- Proactively share innovative solutions to add value, anticipate needs, and streamline process for the client.
- Deep understanding of strategic business priorities
Recruiting Data and Intelligence:
- Share current recruitment market intelligence and trends with hiring leaders.
- Keeps the business up to date throughout the recruitment cycle on key metrics
- Research and gather market intelligence. Understand and execute against shifts in the marketplace that present recruiting opportunities.
Qualifications, skills and experience:
- Degree in HR related field or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 5-10 years of recruitment experience.
- Experience recruiting for financial services especially for front office. Asset management would be highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on various social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
- Strong knowledge of the India market
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Strong verbal and communications skills
- Ability to develop creative solutions by thinking outside the box
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs
- Excellent interpersonal skills and able to engage with various functions and seniority
- Strong team player, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and teams
- Familiarity with Workday is a plus
