Talent Acquisiation Manager - Sales Hiring
- The ideal candidate needs to have a proven track record in sourcing, attracting, and recruiting top talent for non-tech roles, specifically for Sales and Pre-sales Positions.
- You will work closely with leadership teams to define recruitment strategies and ensure a seamless experience.
- The incumbent would manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for the sales role, including creating Job descriptions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy tailored to meet the needs of the Sales/Pre-Sales teams
- The ideal candidate(s) may currently be working with leading search firms and looking for an opportunity to transition into a corporate environment, or they may already be managing sales hiring in leading software services organizations.
- Needs to have 5-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with expertise in hiring for Sales and Pre-Sales roles
- This role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
