Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Manager | Fintech | Mumbai. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for Fintech positions in Mumbai. The Manager will have a strong network in the Fintech industry and will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with candidates, hiring managers and external stakeholders, negotiation.

- Knowledge about Product and Technology hiring.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 8 years of Talent Acquisition experience in the Fintech industry

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and external stakeholders

- Ability to recruit across all levels, from entry-level to senior leadership positions

- Strong understanding of the Fintech industry, including key trends, players and market dynamics

- Bachelor's/PG degree in a relevant field

- Experience working in Mumbai, or a similar market is preferred.
