Takshashila Consulting - Management Consultant - Senior Associate
A few things you may be involved in with us are as follows:
- Assess Adoption and Effectiveness of various HR processes on HR Connect (Oracle HCM).
- Contribute to a structured performance review framework for back-office process services, using documented performance KPIs.
- Drive efficiencies/enhancements of existing processes as well as through new process/system implementations
- Identify improvement opportunities based on the performance reviews
- Help to build business cases for improvement projects from Technology and Processes point of view.
- Work with HR Technology teams to deliver on existing improvement initiatives
- Oversee exception requests and priority work allocation requests pertaining to HR operations from group entities
Desired Skillset and Experience:
- Bachelors/Masters degree is important. Candidates who have other relevant professional qualifications are also invited.
- Strong Project Management experience. Certification in PRINCE II, PMI, PMBOK or similar is very desirable
- Strong Process Design, Improvement, and quality management approach
- Exceptional English communication skills - both written and verbal
- Demonstrable problem-solving and root cause identification experience
- Ability to influence others and 'sell' your proposed solutions
