Role Reports to - Regional Talent Acquisition Lead, ICMEA

Role Brief

- Talent Scout - Leverage all available sourcing channels (both conventional and unconventional) to build a strong pipeline of prospect talents for different roles from time to time. Consistently create and sustain effective methods in developing a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Work without (or with minimal) agency dependency by utilizing effective direct sourcing tools.

- Candidate Experience Custodian - Lead/manage the candidate engagement cycle from pre-hire through the onboarding phase. Facilitate a world-class and professional candidate experience for all candidates irrespective of application status with timely feedback and communication.

- Strategic thinker & Agile Executor - Align,adopt and execute a position-specific strategy to attract best-in-class talent from the market. Conceive and employ in a fast-paced environment, innovative means of finding right fit talent for different roles.

- Expert Interviewer - Provide objective assessments, challenge bias, moderate/calibrate talent selection decisioning and conversations. Be able to coach, provide critical feedback, disseminate best practices and influence the interviewing techniques of hiring managers at all levels. Roll-out global talent acquisition templates of Behavioral Event Interviewing (BEI) and facilitate adoption by interviewers in country.

- Process Mastery - Familiar with the ATS/HRIS system processes/workflows, offer documentation checks and effectively manages them to ensure hiring SLAs are met all the time without any process/documentation gaps.

- Networking & Partnerships- Develop and maintain effective partnerships internally with the Leadership team, all Hiring Managers, HR team, Compensation team, Global/Regional TA and other stakeholders as necessary.

Desired Skills & Experience (Must-have- s)

- Sound knowledge of recruitment fundamentals and principles - a thoroughbred

- At least 2 years of proven expertise in mid-to-senior level strategic hiring for specialized/niche roles - been there done that

- Good verbal and written communication/presentation skills - you- re the brand ambassador

- Hands-on recruitment experience (as end-user) with one of the ATS (Taleo/BrassRing/Workday) - this job is not all talk, got to get hands dirty

- Working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint - to be able to make basic graphs/analytics of TA metrics such as TAT etc.,

- Ability to understand business-its drivers, people-their needs, motives and aspirations

- Unswerving focus, multi-tasking ability, high energy levels and ability to work with minimal supervision
