Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to lead our TAG Team (TA & Vendor Management). The person will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Talent Acquisition and Vendor Management, ensuring efficient operations and timely delivery of services. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in talent acquisition and vendor management, along with strong leadership skills to drive team performance and achieve organizational goals. It will be an added advantage to have an experience or knowledge of RMG as well.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on TAT metrics, highlighting areas of success and areas needing attention in TA and Vendor Management (Permanent & Contractual Hiring)
- Utilize data insights to make data-driven decisions and prioritize improvement initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding TAT-related matters.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on TAT performance, initiatives, and improvement efforts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and requirements for TAT optimization projects. Analyze current workflows and identify areas for improvement to streamline processes and reduce cycle times.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive efficiency gains.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to turnaround times and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Good to have Skills:
- Monitoring account and project margins, costs, and non-billable expenses.
- Overseeing project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Developing and executing communication plans and reporting defects and process issues in project management systems.
- Handling project financials including margins, time tracking, and shift allowances.
- Collect and analyze data on turnaround times and operational performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Who are we looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in operations management, process improvement, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving process improvements.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
